    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Great course and very informative.

    Course highlights:

    We learned about the importance of a healthy diet and exercise. We learned about the ACSM guidelines and the myplate recommendations. The nutrition project allowed you to see where you were struggling and needed improvement in either eating healthier or exercising more.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study and make sure to review the powerpoints and the readings!

    She was a great teacher. Her lectures are clear and understandable.

    This class taught me how to live a healthier lifestyle and why it's important to be healthy.

    Take notes during class and go back through her power points before quizzes/tests.
