    Course Overview:

    Intro to animal science. Tour the swine unit, sheep/goat unit, meats lab, beef unit, dairy unit!

    Course highlights:

    Clay is serious about teaching the ins and outs of the major of Animal Science so you learn if it's the right major for you

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study hard! The exams are tough. Fill-in-this-diagram tough.

    He has a lot of experience in the animal science field and knows how to work with students.

    Course highlights:

    We did a lot of hands on work in the class. I learned how to dissect different parts of an animal such as the heart.

    Advice for students:

    Always go to the lab because attendance counts.

    Course Overview:

    This class thoroughly examined the systems of animals and gave insight to many different parts of an animal science course. It prepared me for furthering my animal science degree.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights were all of the hands on experience I gained. There was a new activity each week in lab that got me interested to learn. I learned how different parts of an animal's body works.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention in lecture, many of the tests are based from lecture notes. Never skip a lab.
