    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this Class because Dr. Ahmed ElShahat is an enthusiastic and passionate professor. If you are interested in financial investments, then this is the perfect course for you. It gives you a general background on the theories of investments, and the course discuses risk and return, the theory of portfolio selection, asset pricing models, valuation for stocks, bond pricing and the term structure of interest rates and options. Also, the course is a requirement for anyone who wants to major in Finance.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the different theories of investment, and I learned how to start investing in stocks and bonds. The main highlight of the course was the project, where we everyone had to choose a real company and invest in it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Participate a lot in class, as the professor gives extra points for those who do. Also, his exams are easy. If you just listen to what he says in class, you should be able to ace his exams. However, don't be late as the professor hates that, and don't talk in class.
