    Course Overview:

    It's a foundational course and will be required to take FIN401. It's also very practical.

    Course highlights:

    Calculating PV and FV of multiple cash flows and remaining balances of mortgage and lending devices.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Go to class. Pay attention. Read the book before class. Supplement your notes with the teacher's lecture. Make sure you study hard before the first midterm.
