    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course contains too much material to be covered in the given amount of time for a course this hard. It is a 6-9PM class but it usually ends early! The bell curve in the midterm helps!

    Course highlights:

    SImple and compound interest...

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the homework questions! Go to class and don't fall asleep

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course - although necessary for the Engineering Diploma - this course is heavy in your own practice of the material. The professor doesn't teach mush with examples, more of a slide reader. It becomes easy to dismiss the course.

    Course highlights:

The course does a great job at giving perspective to what money is like over a period of time. It is excellent for understanding the value of money and the importance of making economical decisions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Practice Practice Practice. This course is not too hard but if you fail to put in the work because of how the course is taught it becomes extremely difficult. There are a ton of resources online and usually given access to during the semester, use them. Even though the course is of lesser importance to the overall Eng degree, it should be prioritized as a core course
