    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Fairly easy course, if you have a good base knowledge on the cases. The midterm was open book this semester, so that definitely made it a lot easier to reference and work through the questions. There is an essay component, though.

    Course highlights:

Employment law! Knowing your rights as am employee is great general knowledge, especially since it prevents you from taken advantage of!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class; you can kill time on your laptop, but hearing the cases and the professor talk through the issues makes it easier to recall during the exams compared to just reading from the book.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Pnina is a great prof, she is a tough marker but knows her stuff. She will take the time to teach you things as many times as you like if you ask. Super helpful.

    Course highlights:

Very interesting to learn about what employers can and can't do in terms of hiring. What can be put in contracts, what the standards are, what happens if you don't follow them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

On exams write out everything you learned and use all the steps of the test that applies to the scenario. You need to say everything, why they passed the test and why it fails the test. Very important.
