    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    course is pretty good, give you a general view of real estate, different jobs and career paths you can go into. Professor Scofield is pretty good, always open and free to answer questions and make things clear. Only downside to the course content can get a bit boring at times, but if youre majoring in Real Estate can be quite interesting

    basic knowledge of real estate, different career paths

    Advice for students:

    take this course, overall pretty easy and not a lot of work and its interesting!

    Great course great prof. Not too difficult in terms of study material.

    Learn different types of properties, managers, etc.

    Study hard for the final, midterm is a lot easier than the final.
