    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Very understanding professor, who actually wants to see you succeed. He is very helpful, and explains everything with detail so you remember everything!

    Course highlights:

    Learned basic accounting principles.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Come to class, and be prepared (do the questions he assigns!)

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course introduces you to financial accounting introductory concepts such as COGS, writeoffs, types of inventory systems, etc...

    Course highlights:

    I learned the basics of Financial Accounting such as COGS, writeoffs, types of business entities, types of inventory systems, writing entries, and reading balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do take notes for each class and make sure you come to class to do the in class quizzes, make sure to ask questions if you don't understand and make sure you understand the concepts from each class because they build on one another.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Course material was easy however takes a lot of time and devotion. Ryerson has a great team of professors that will answer questions to help you out. Also, the SLC offers tutoring !

    Course highlights:

    This course was specific to the non-majors so if you are not interested in accounting as much but plan t have your own business or just have some background knowledge on accounting .

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study, study, study! Review materials and ask questions in class!
