Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it gives a basic feel of how biology is and it is where the biological science field starts.

    Course highlights:

Throughout the course, I learned about Animal Biology, but with the course, we had a lab class where we did several dissections on actual specimens to get a hands-on view. Also, the course was helpful in pointing out the systems in the animal as well as phylas in which we classify everything related to biology, such as protists, algae, fungi, etc.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to attend the lecture and be sure to attend office hours because that will help a lot. Also be sure to do the reading and not slack off because it will be very difficult to follow.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Wildy is a very interesting professor. she does know about her course and is eager to help her students. Please don't take the lab as a joke. Wildy always tries to interact with her students and build thinking. I gained so much insight on what classifying was and how the body works, not only for the body but also in animals and the diversity among them all.

    Course highlights:

One day she talked about her own experience having to go through pain and eventually them taking out her gall bladder. It was a hilarious story and also a learning experience on the way people have pain and don't recognize how serious the problem is .

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

use a wall and splatter it with information to remember the information she gives you. It is great to see what exactly is being looked for and what you have to learn. Making notes of the sticky notes after you've written the information so you can have a better understanding.
