Pretty easy, overall.
It's a pretty straight forward course. There is a lot of memorization but he gives you the lecture notes at the beginning of the course and if you really use those to study you'll get a good grade. He's also very willing to take the time to make sure you get the material if you ask him for help.
He gives you the entire quarter's lecture notes at the very beginning of the course. The labs are easy and in many cases don't take the full time to do. He also has opportunities for extra credit.

Advice for students:
Its a good class to take if you need an elective. Also its not an intense amount of work just a lot of memorization so its a good class to take when you have others that are way more time intensive in the amount and degree of difficulty.
