    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend her as she is the one who taught me it well, after failing with my first professor I had lost hope. She made it fun and easy.

    Course highlights:

I gained perseverance as I failed it once, I gained new study habits to help me as I continue.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I made flash cards, I memorized different values at work.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Gandler is an amazing teacher and provides excellent lessons that help guide students to optimal understanding

    Course highlights:

I learned the foundation of organic chemistry that helped me pursue my chemistry degree.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Use lecture as a starting point, but understand that you must devote hours to the study and mastery of chemistry. Reach chapters but spend almost all of your time mastering test questions at the end of every unit. Repeat questions until they become second nature.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He is very sweet and wants his students to genuinely learn the information rather than trying to cram in everything and see how much you can remember.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Maitra will do everything in his power to make sure the students learn. He spends extra time with hydration reactions ensuring students are prepared for his exams. Synthesis becomes a large part of organic chemistry and he spends a lot of time on it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, read the book, don't miss class
