Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to students in all grades. Not only was this certain professor really engaged in what you were producing, the course itself provides an easy transition into college reading and writing to all incoming freshman or transfers.

    Course highlights:

In this course I learned how to use databases and resourceful they are! They really did help strengthen many of papers to the point that it help me move up to the next letter grade. This class ultimately help me refine skills that I had already known coming in but also learned many others that I will apply to in my future courses.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the reading and writing assignments. The worst thing that you will endure is not receiving any feedback on your big writing projects from any of your peers before you turn your paper in for the final grade because you "forgot to print it out."

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you are already confident in your English capabilities, it was fun and also helped strengthen my writing skills. This course helped me with the transition of high school English. It helped with making my essays longer and more in depth. As well as helping me understand more elements of writing strategies.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was our 15 page essay project. It was a very long essay but it was on a topic we chose, so it was something each student was passionate about. Because of all the research I had done it made me a bit of an expert on the topic. Which helped me understand so many more aspects of what I thought I already knew.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just stick to the professors schedule when dealing with weekly homework. The work isn't too difficult and can be fun at times. As long as you turn things in on time you shouldn't have a problem passing this course.
