    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

More than likely this course is selected for those who need to strengthen their English writing and reading strategies for college coursework. This teacher is very rigorous and has very little hand in helping his students. However, you WILL definitely learn something. I dont recommended him for students who want a teachers firm hand in extra help.

    Course highlights:

Despite having a cold relationship with him, I can definitely say Ive learn much more than Ive expected to. I've learned how to properly intergrate the conversation of others into my own paper. Able to strengthen my understanding of what 'makes' or 'breaks' a paper in college. How to analyze any piece of writing to disern its credibility and underlying purpose. Overall, I feel greatly I formed and prepared for my next 3 years in college.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you plan on taking this course, my advise is to take notes on everything he says and examples he uses. Make a copy of everything you are assigned in case it gets lost. Try and ask questionsduring and after class, because he doesnt like office hours. Read the stories before coming to class, and take side notes on them; main points, sources used, ect. Be creative in the essay topics you choose, and use a structural outline to keep from going on a tangent. He dispises those, and will give ito you raw on your paper. Good Luck!

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This English course helped me out tremendously, the professor was of great assistance and her feedback is really helpful!

    Course highlights:

My writing and reading have improved a whole lot. Writing a rhetorical and research paper is now something i don't struggle with. My writing has grown in the sense that i now use higher vocabulary and more information.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely take this course if you want to go in a slower learning pace for writing essays.
