    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Calculus is a mandatory course for State University Colleges. I recommend this course because it opens your mind into a whole new world of thinking. After taking this course, I felt like my math calculations excelled exponentially.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was knowing that calculus applies to the real world. Derivatives and integrals are math calculations of real world events. For example, in physics, the derivative of Displacement is Velocity and the derivative of Velocity is Acceleration. *MIND BLOWN!* The first time I heard this, I was intrigued by what math can really do.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is difficult, but DON'T GIVE UP! Gather up a group and study. Repeat problems as much as it takes to understand it. Review for exams and if exams are given back, study off those exam questions. Don't be intimidated because this is a Calculus course. You're here to learn, and learn you must. Listen, Take In, and Prove that you can show the potential within yourself.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is fascinating to know that you can solve complex problems. It is so satisfying at the end. The professor is also so amazing and passionate about what he does.

    Course highlights:

A highlight of this course is when I met with the professor at his office hours to present myself and he told me I was going to get an A. Not because it's an easy course but because I'm a hard worker.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to do your homework for the class every single day and try new methods if there is one you don't understand.
