Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course is about bettering yourself. Throughout the course you are given the tools to make changes for yourself to improve your lifestyle and your overall wellness. The TA's are very helpful and very accommodating in arranging times to meet with you to provide feedback and advice. The guest speakers share amazing stories of personal growth and change, they really provided inspiration for a lot of assignments. The group projects are so meaningful to the community, they do take some time outside of class, but it is well worth it for the changes that come as a result.
For me, the guest speakers really made the course enjoyable. The experiences that they shared with the class made me, and I know many others, want to be better and want to accomplish more. What was really great is that they didn't just share their amazing achievement and struggles to get there, they also shared strategies and tools that they used to get to where they now are and achieve success. Another highlight of the course was the group project. I normally dread group projects, but this one was presented as an opportunity to improve our community. I found it to be so motivating to see the improvements of our work as we worked through our project.

Advice for students:
My advice for this course would be to do the chapter readings as they are assigned. It really helps for the mid term and final exam to have a full understanding of the concepts, rather than just the highlights as they are presented in class. Also important, make sure to start the final project well in advance, the lifestyle change should be started three months prior to the due date, and the actual write up should start at least a month, maybe more, in advance to proved opportunity for editing and suggestions from TA's.
