Not too easy. Not too difficult.
If you have to take an IB Management course, I suggest finding a different professor. While the class is information heavy and helpful, the professor often (or always) ends up talking about current or past events rather than focusing on the course materials. While that is nice, it leaves you often times unprepared for the homework or exams (in some cases) and you leave the classroom feeling your time was wasted. On the other hand, he is patient with the classes and organizes guest speakers to come.
Well, you gain the chance of meeting guests with a background in business, or even famous business owners. That's a perk, having guest speakers come talk about what they do and how it relates to IB or business in general.
