Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This class has a lot of information and it really requires constant review of the material. While the content can get confusing at times, I felt like this was one of the most real world applicable courses at CSUF. Professor Huebner does a great job breaking down material into understandable examples. He will go out of his way to help you, especially if you participate in class.
I gained a much better understanding of all the stages involved in foreign direct investment. It covers everything from currency exchange risks, bank procedures, and local knowledge you should seek before investing in a foreign market. This is a great course if you are looking to expand your international business acumen.

Advice for students:
You will do just fine as long as you keep up with the material as it goes along. Review concepts after class occasionally because there are quite a few formulas that you should practice to keep straight. Not really one of those classes that you can easily cram for right before a test.
