Pretty easy, overall.
Course Overview:
I would recommend taking math 115 with Professor Chawi because she makes time for the students to be able to understand the concept.

From Math 115, I gained more communication skills because we will work in groups.
Hours per week:
3-5 hours
Advice for students:
Students will need to show up to class because attendance count as participation points. Also, the professor wants her students to understand the context of the lecture.
Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Course Overview:
The professor made class very interesting. aside from that, lectures were easy to understand and the professor genuinely cared about our grades.
Course highlights:
I mostly strengthen my algebra skills. I did though learn different ways to solve quadratics and roots on fractions.
Hours per week:
6-8 hours
Advice for students:
study study study! take the study guides seriously and go to office hours..
This class was tough.
Course Overview:
The professor truly cares about you passing the class and is willing to help you understand the material in any way possible. He has incredibly accessible office hours, and takes even more time from his schedule to help you if you contact him. He also does not move on to the next topic in lecture until everyone says they understand.
Course highlights:
The subjects taught in the class were very difficult, but the professor teaches them in a very accessible way. Every day someone knew had to solve the homework problems on the board, and while that was very stressful, it allowed the class to see where common errors were being made and how to avoid them.
Hours per week:
6-8 hours
Advice for students:
Attending every single lecture is essential to pass, and so is going to his office hours. Get into the study groups he assigns and study together, it makes the concepts easier to understand.
