    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Its great for learning how to prevent disease by living a healthier life. If you enjoy learning about the body and how it works this is a course for you.

    Course highlights:

    The introduction to the course was interesting and how she has everyone meet and greet each other! She has a 3 day diet plan assignment that really helps you evaluate your eating habits. That was my favorite part of the class.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the chapters before lecture, so that you can nail the information better when your in class. By doing the chapter quizzes it will really help you know whether you know all the information or not.

    Course Overview:

    This was a very life enriching course. I will use the knowledge I learned in this course to maintain a healthy diet throughout my lifetime.

    Course highlights:

    I learn about vitamins, minerals, and macro-nutrients that can be found in food. I also learned why our bodies need to conume these micro-nutrients and macro-nutrients through food.

    Refer to the power point slides often and you will be successful.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course goes into great detail about nutritional benefits that can be applied to your everyday life outside the classroom.

    Course highlights:

    How to properly read Nutritional Facts on packages and to determine if the product is truly nutritional. We also had a nutrition log and food diary project that was super informational and you could apply everything you learned over the semester into your project.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Print the slides prior to class to make note taking easier so you can take notes on the specific slides
