    I would recommend this course because it helps you understand the basic concepts of learning and memory.

    Course highlights:

    A highlight from this course, is the learning of mental processes that take place during learning and memory recall. It prepares you how to properly study for tests and offers insight on the ways that are best to recall material.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the textbook and and take the self quizzes in the book.

    Course Overview:

    Great professor and always makes lectures interesting. She wants students to participate so she'll call on you a lot to get your input on the topic thats currently being talked about.

    Course highlights:

    Basically everything that has to do with how we process information, how its stored, different kinds of memories, such as flash bulb memories, explicit and implicit memories. How we learn and act upon an environment to reach a certain outcome (operant conditioning).. etc.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Just make sure you read the text book so you have a full understanding of what is going to be discussed on the day of lecture.

    I learned a lot in this class and it was very interesting. The material was easy to relate to outside of the classroom.

    Learning about the human mind makes it easier to understand yourself and others which is a very important human quality.
