    Course Overview:

    Although challenging, this course, along with Ms. Garcia’s obvious intelligence, provides very important and essential information that many can use for a lifetime.

    Course highlights:

    I gained a foundational understanding which prepared me to proceed to Calculus. This course is extremely beneficial in progressing to more challenging math courses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I highly recommend studying efficiently by focusing on what you don't understand and seeking help specifically from a teacher or tutor, not just another friend.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Forni was an outstanding teacher. She was not only knowledgeable, but very passionate. She knew how to break down information and answer students questions. Professor Forni also created an excellent learning environment, and encouraged students to give it their all.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to graph various functions such as exponential, logarithmic, trig, etc. Graphing functions is always time consuming and at times challenging. I learned some tricks as to how to graph functions easily.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Just focus and continuously work on sections to become familiar.

    I would recommend this class if you have a lot of time to go to the professor's office hours to have one on one time.

    Course highlights:

    I easily learned how i was able to use sin cos and tan to find angles for my engineering classes.

    Study hard, go to office hours and also think of how you can apply the knowledge you learn.
