Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It changed my perspective of my daily life. I have Incorporated mindfulness to improve my mental health and lower stress. Also this class taught me goal implementation making my difficult goals feel achievable.

    Course highlights:

The highlights that the class structure was helpful. The professor made sure she was presenting information in a interesting and effective way. Even the book we read "Predictably Irrational" by Dan Ariely was an eye opening and interesting book about the decisions people make and how you can predict their irrational decisions which only strengthened my goal of incorporating mindfulness and really being aware of where I am and what I am doing and why.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice for this course is to attend every class, be open minded, talk to your classmates, and do not be afraid to ask for clarity on concepts and ideas.
