    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course builds the foundation for all of the other HROB courses in the future. Jt gives the basics of managing people by looking at theories of motivation, occupational health and safety and much more.

    Course highlights:

    Some of the highlights of this course was learning the different theories of what motivates people inside and outside organizations. This class can really be applied to situations in the workplace, as well as outside the workplace, in times where dealing with people is involved.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    The textbook for this course was very beneficial. You will be able to gain the mist knowledge by attending the lectures, and reading the textbook as it goes into more depth in terms of the topics you will learn about in class
