Pretty easy, overall.
Took it online. It was a lot of work (assignments, discussions, quizzes) but easy to get good marks if you put in effort and start early! If you participate in the discussions you're basically guaranteed 100%.. definitely boosted my mark. The final was open book which was super helpful!
Learned a lot about the financial and management aspects of restaurants.
