    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The prof was a little unorganized (not all will be of course) the information was WAY too generalized. I do understand it is mean to give you a general overview of what is to come.. just a bit dry

    Course highlights:

General overview of Human Resources Management- Important to know if you're planning to do your CHRP- helps give you a taste of each area!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Use the SNAPSHOT summary at the end of each chapter! I found it super helpful!

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I think this course is great especially if you're going into Hrm or Administration as you learn the basics of what human resources is all about and what you'll be doing as a human resources manager.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot more about what human resources managers actually do such as compensation and the steps to hiring someone and overall how to manage people within an organization to meet its objectives.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice I would give is to read over the lecture notes after the lecture to ensure that you understand what was taught and pay attention in class because as the teacher explains the concepts, it will be much easier for you to study for the exams.
