If you are even merely interested in knowing more about social media, this course really is interesting and will teach you a lot of behind-the-scenes information of corporations making public decisions.
This course was so interesting because of the fact that all of the readings relate to what we see today. From Twitter to Airlines, social media really does have a huge impact on our consumption and this course really outlines the way certain corporations have succeeded and failed just as a result of a single social media post decision.
