    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The professor is really friendly and sweet and will try to help out as much as possible through weekly online chats and forum discussions. Her videos are simple to understand and easy to get by. Her SSP assignment could be a bit vague in regards to instructions by after you get past the job analysis part, it becomes easy to finish up the assignment. Gives you a great head-start on understanding job analysis and structured interviews part of Human Resources. Midterm is an open book take home so this online course becomes easy to pass with good grades. Only real effort you need to put is on the SSP.

    Course highlights:

Great learning experience for HR students. Opportunity to understand and do an advanced project relating to the HR system.Easy to complete the course as there is no attendance. Overall an important course for a HR student. Plus you get to finish this course before the final exam period even starts!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go through her lectures online, and put efforts into doing the SSP. Have at least 2 weeks time to do it because it is a lengthy process and involves interviewing a person about their job.
