This course requires in-depth analysis and understanding of concepts relating to lifestyle concepts in respect to culture and psychological patterns. This course does not require calculations, but is much like an arts or humanities course with anthropological or sociological perspectives that would pave the path to understand kinesiology concepts in other courses. You don't have to be a kinesiology student to take this course, but if you have interest in cultural or psychological aspects of lifestyles or kinesiology, then this course serves as a great foundation.
