    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Econ 1000is a pretty good course if you can keep up with your readings and stay awake through the lectures. It gets more complicated towards the end of the year but if you read before hand and ask questions of the TA, you can get it no problem.

    Course highlights:

    This course introduces the principles and methods of economics with emphasis on microeconomic theory. Topics include basic concepts of demand and supply, utility analysis and demand, production and costs, pricing in competitive and monopolistic markets, market failure, and government regulation.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the textbook and do the practise questions from myeconlab

    Took this course with SADIA last fall for Econ 1000 She is a very nice prof. 2 Tests both multiple choice(50% each). MyeconLabs were just to prepare you for the exam.

    The professor was amazing and made the lectures very intriguing.
