Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course because it really gives one the understanding of aging within our rapidly technologically developing society. Death is an imminent culmination of life, and understanding how one can reach the "oldest-old" age and still live a comfortable life is important. Furthermore, this class allows one to understand the mindset of the older generation and helps one in obtaining patients for the oldest old. (i.e. one's parents, grandparents, etc.)
Throughout the transgression of this course I learned that the oldest old often find themselves in uncomfortable situations because society has not really created environments for the oldest old to maneuver around or dwell in comfortably. I learned to understand and most importantly have patience to deal with older individuals. I understand why they may be in a bad mood at times, and how I can help them have a more comfortable life. As my mother gets older, I know now what I can do to make her living experience more comfortable, and how I can make life easier for her. This is truly important for me.

Advice for students:
In order to succeed in this course, I would definitely recommend to stay on top of your readings at all times, and keep your notes organized. The test is not based on vocabulary words, rather it is theory based, so you must make sure you know the theories and be able to apply them.
