Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Organic Chemistry has always been a course that many STEM majors fear. They talk about it as if it's the end of the world, but it's not bad. It's a great course for really looking into yourself and realizing that knowing how to study is the best way to succeed.

    Course highlights:

The best highlight so far is the second after everyone took the first quiz. We didn't know what to expect, Aue was a professor who didn't get spoken about much so everyone studied like crazy. When it came down to it, it was a simple 3 question quiz. After it was over, Aue gave us the answers, and the entire classroom erupted in cheer because we all did well.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Learn how to self study. Organic Chemistry is something you have to understand for yourself, it's a hard subject to teach and it's a hard subject to learn from someone else.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although Bruice wrote the book, Gainer is the one who will teach you Organic Chemistry the best. With thorough lectures, clear answers, and good pacing, Gainer created a good environment for learning one of the hardest topics in college.

    Course highlights:

We learned the fundamentals of Ochem thoroughly.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with the course work, take it in bits, and always remember the general rules.
