    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

One would have to really want to learn about wined patterns and ocean circulation to do well in this class. Unlike most classes, in Earth 4 you don't have a lot of background knowledge to help you succeed in this course. It's very hard to get engaged in this class. Professor Valentine likes to lecture like he's holding a TedTalk conference. Not a lot of learning done on my part but if you'd like to learn the science behind why waves move a certain way. By all means, take this class!

    Course highlights:

The class moved at a very fast pace, I need a lot of explanation in order to learn something so I spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos about tectonic plates. I didn't learn much, it was mostly memorization. I personally struggle with understanding scientific concepts, but I probably would have done better if the class was more engaging.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be lazy! You don't really need the textbook, I never opened mine. Sit in the front so you don't fall asleep.
