    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Despite the reviews on "rate my professor", Greek mythology is a relativley easy course, particularly for those who enjoy stories (myths, fables, legends).

    Course highlights:

This course re-teaches the odyssey from the begining, showing a very different picture of what most students learned in high school ( ususally books 5-9).

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course "requires" a lot of reading, but there are often times where a simple translation might aid you more than the actual work itself, but make sure the translation is (full) i.e SparkNotes might not cover it. Also, be prepared for a small written portion to the class but nothing too daunting. Come to all lectures, this course relies heavily upon spoken lecture (trust me the slides won't cut it if you miss class) especially if you're cutting out some of the readings.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Gallucci is both an excellent and supportive teacher. He will make sure his students understand exactly what they need to before class ends each day.

    Course highlights:

The different myths we have learned about are filled with rich history and pure wonder. The class has captured my interest through this.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make an effort to do the reading each night. It will definitely benefit you in the long run. Pay attention during class because you will be responsible for what Professor Gallucci talks about.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Patten covers most material in class, however it's a very boring class and his lectures can get confusing.

    Course highlights:

We went over main greek myth works and analyzed the content.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to lecture and pay attention. You don't really need to purchase the book materials.
