    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is very helpful in learning research methods for the field of communication. Communication majors at UCSB will use research many different times throughout their undergraduate work. This introductory course will prepare you for the rest of your Comm future at UCSB.

    Course highlights:

The best part about this course was being able to create and perform your own research. I really enjoyed learning how to conduct this research and then learn how to write a research paper.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would be prepared for the tests. They are pretty difficult in that you really need to understand concepts and all of the components to a certain method or idea.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course. It was really helpful for future courses in the major. I used the information I learned in this class for other classes.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the research project. You got to conduct your own research at UCSB, and analyze the data with you group. It was a fun experience.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you go to every lecture and do the reading and you'll do well in the course. Also, ask your TA's a lot of questions about the paper and you'll do well.
