    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mike and Lalo teach the smaller bio lecture, 270 kids vs. the 800 in campbell hall, and I highly recommend it! It's so much easier to access your professor (there are two) for questions and discussions, and they're the coolest teachers at UCSB. Clearcut, organized lectures and most of the exam material comes from weekly quizzes and iClicker questions.

    Course highlights:

Predicable exam material, humorous professors. I learned that it's a lot better to be in a smaller lecture, where your student-professor relationship matters.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the heck out of iClicker questions and weekly quiz material, and make sure to go to office hours and tutorial each week if you are even the slightest bit confused.
