Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course because the topics you learn about are real world issues that everyone should know about and the professor makes you want to engage in the discussion. You are pulled in and eager to learn more every class meeting.
The highlight of this course would be the end of semester symposium that we worked on in groups. Each group read a book and made a presentation showing whether this text should be considered part of the feminist of color canon. My group got an anthology on Asian American women and through this project I was able to learn more in depth about the struggles Asian American women go through and they weren't all grouped into one label. I learned about women from most Asian countries.
