    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She gives a lot of vocabulary words that you have to write down. She is a great teacher and is helpful when you need help for homework. She gives many homework assignments a week to work on and group activity. It's a very engaging class and she is very helpful.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about teaching math and explaining myself to students in my course work. I learned to use a 4-step process to teach math better.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you work hard on the homework and attend her office hours, you'll do just fine. Just work hard and make sure you do all your readings before lecture.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was very difficult for it being "elementary math." I felt so dumb overtime I came to class. All the MTED classes were extremely difficult for me.

    Course highlights:

I did not learn much except how to be a stressed out college student. This class should have been named, "College Level Math" instead of "Elementary School Math."

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study! Also, keep your binder overly-organized. This professor would base majority of your grade on your notes/binder and if one item was missing then there went a big piece of your grade.
