    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class was manageable, but Professor Kearney was a lot to handle.

    Course highlights:

You have to read the book to pass this course, you'll learn a lot and prepare for Comm 307.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Try a different Professor. I think a professor can make or break a course and she made it miserable for me.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend any class with Christina Derme. She is very helpful with explaining such complex theories to her students in a way that is applicable to everyday life.

    Course highlights:

Being able to have class discussions throughout this course not only helped students get involved but with the participation, it helped me personally learn more because I was able to have a conversation and ask questions along with the rest of the class instead of reading a lecture and leaving right after.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the readings ahead of time and participate in class.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is able to deliver so much information in a short amount of time and it sticks. Her method of repeating concepts and to practice those concepts help.

    Course highlights:

Being comfortable to participate. I learned many communication theories and how the apply to my own life, the cultivation theory alone applies to a society who is run by the television media source.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook, participate, and just enjoy it.
