    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Sauceda is very knowledgeable and willing to help you. The course is very interesting and applies to your life outside the class.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about the different types of food and how they affect the body. I also learned how to specifically help myself eat and feel better.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always do the reading and the homework. Also, make sure you go to every class. By doing that, you'll ace the course.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It's a super fun and fast paced course that you take in class and all assignments are due online.

    Course highlights:

    The biggest part of this course is learning about what Nutrition really is and how you can apply it to your lifestyle. There's a project at the end of the semester in which you learn what your specific needs and recommendations are.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure to study before tests, it makes it easier to go through the tests when you can remember concepts from the book.
