    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class has expanded my knowledge as to what philosophy really is. The course has shown me different arguments from many philosophers throughout the ages. The multitude of different names and point of views sometimes became confusing and difficult to memorize. This makes the course a bit difficult to learn, however it was worth the trouble because of the exposure it gave me in that field.

    Course highlights:

One thing I learned was that there was an argument between philosophers on the topic of dualism. Dualism is the idea that the mind and the body are distinctly and fundamentally different from one another. Descarte is a philosopher we studied that supported dualism and its ideas.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to review often and create a list of philosophers with their names and beliefes.
