    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because this class really helps you get out your comfort zone and helps you learn more about your classmates. Although its a theater class and you're supposed to learn how to act, but its really just something more than that and you have to just really open to this class.

    Course highlights:

I gained knowledge. I learned how to come out of my comfort zone and just be open. I learned how to be creative in ways that you can't even imagine. My favorite part about this class is the activities that we do every morning, such as different ice breakers everyday to continue to learn more about my peers.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Honestly, I suggest that you be on time to this class, not only this class but every class. Be open-minded and share your thoughts with the class. Don't be afraid to speak to others, they will be there to help you in the long run and just smile because you will have the best 50 minutes of your life in that class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend it. He makes his students feel like they are people he genuinely cares about you. He starts off his class letting everyone know that, even if it's just for this class, we have no worries about anything. Everything will eventually be okay and this class is meant to take a break from reality and better ourselves. He is more than a professor he is a mentor and I admire him.

    Course highlights:

Although I've only had this class for a few weeks, I've learned a lot of life skills. I learned how to take my anxiety and depression one step at a time. Focus on short turn accomplishments as well as long term ones. Don't be afraid to be out of your shell, because it's your life and you have to strive for things in order to succeed.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely take it. It's not a hard course, and the professor makes his students want to participate. It feels more than just a class it feels like a family and it's refreshing to have a class that is focusing on our mental health and how we approach life.
