Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It was a general ed course, and it was required to take despite whatever major. The class was interesting and I learned more in depth about recent U.S. History. It would get white boring sometimes, it's history, but it was interesting.
I learned that the United States was made through colonialism, which happens to be a negative process that our teachers in the past made us overlook. I learned that many of the programs we have today were made in part because of the civil rights movement, and the many other movements made in part by people of color. I also learned that the government made stupid mistakes when it came to causing wars, and that many innocent lives were taken because the United States wanted to come out on top even though they were already. Interestingly enough, Hitler based his tactics of the harsh and cruel treatment he made on the Jews, from slavery in the U.S. Recent U.S. History is interesting!
