    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Not only was the subject matter super interesting, but it taught me how to survive a university course. The projects were aimed at teaching you how to find and properly site resources which became a very useful skill later when writing essays for other courses. Reading the Illiad gave you a chance to try and learn by yourself, but if you didn't understand then the seminars were there to help you understand and address any problems you had. It was a great course to ease students into their first semester of university.

    Course highlights:

Learned basics of archaeology: relative dating, absolute dating, stratigraphy. Learned about the history of ancient Greece as well as archaeology relating to the Trojan war.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

read the books, seminars are marked off of how much you participate in discussion. The study guide posted for the exam is the best thing in the world
