    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I totally recommend this course because the professor goes over climate change and everything that is happening to the Earth. It opens your eyes and I think that all students need to take this course to become aware of what we are doing to our own home, the planet. We take so many things for granted and our bad habits can lead to major issues in a couple of years.

    Course highlights:

I have learned to respect my planet and treat it like a home. I switched from a meat-based diet to a plant-based diet to help reduce water, land use, animal slaughter, pollution, deforestation and so on. People don't realize how much difference a person can make, and if we all try to do the right thing, we can actually address the problem.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The lectures are long and intense but really interesting. Keep your notes organized, study a little bit everyday, don't wait until the last day before the exam to start studying. See the professor during office hours if you didn't understand a concept. She would be happy to repeat it for you until you get it.
