Kaplan is a really great teacher who takes his own free time to help other students. He is extremely knowledgeable, teaches with a clear, concise plan (no unpleasant surprises) and is communicative to all his students.
Highlights of the course include calculating hard drive disk space and file slack, learning about RAID and backups on Linux, and system administration tasks using Windows.

Study hard drive space and know your operating systems. Know how to set up a switch between two computers. Know how to work well in a group of three. Study hard for the midterms.
