    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is very confusing. The professor is hard to understand and often discusses things off topic. He is not very helpful when students ask questions in class. However, he curves the test and does not surprise you.

    Course highlights:

It refreshed my math skills, which was nice. However, I will never need to use the math that was learned in this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Practice, Practice, Practice. Do all the review problems in the workbook.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a requirement for Management majors. If you take this teacher make sure to attend every class. He usually does a pop quiz every other class and it is on all of the material he uses in class. The book is helpful but he bases most of his tests off of the slides he gives in class. As long as you study and pay attention to the slides you will pass his class with flying colors.

    Course highlights:

There is a lot of statistics involved. It made my math skills a lot stronger. Also I learned how important a manager is to the day to day operations of a firm. This is especially true for transportation systems and assembly line systems. The most interesting thing for me was learning how to plan out the most effective transportation route possible for a shipping company.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you take notes on all his slides and on what he lectures about. Don't slack. If he catches you not paying attention he might pop quiz you on the spot. If you focus on what he is saying and the slides you will go far. Print out the slides and write notes on them to make referencing easier. He will write on the slides themselves in his presentations and they show up in the tests almost exactly as the wrote them.
