    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to the power points and that's about it

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is great for anyone who is starting kinesiology. The teacher is amazing and explains everything perfectly.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course is was all the difference exercises we learned and actually practicing them on the gym sets. I learned what muscles worked with what body part. It was very informative

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This class is very fun but it does require a lot of notes. Take neat and careful notes because he will collect them at the end.
