    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It is a very well explain course and it is a course that is required for my major. The professor always on time and explains the material very well. There is not a lot of homework just reading the chapters on the book.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were the super tracker project. The super tracker is a website were you enter what you eat throughout the day and it tells you if you are eating well, if you are eating too much protein or if you are eating too little. What I have learn in this class is the proteins, calories and nutrients.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Assist to class and take notes.

    Course Overview:

    It allows to learn more about the human body and its nutritional needs. Thus enhancing your knowledge and making you more aware of what you should and should not eat.

    Course highlights:

    We kept track of our meals for 3 days straight and calculated calories, nutritional intakes, etc. I learned the areas I was deficient in and I also learned the areas I was over consuming

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Get ready to do a lot of reading, and make sure to pay attention in the lectures because they are very interesting and beneficial for you and your family.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would definitely recommend this course to nursing students or any student. This course teaches you about how to stay healthy, which is very important for college students.

    Course highlights:

    I learned many things that I needed to do to stay healthy. I learned about diseases that I was susceptible to and how to prevent them.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study, study, study. Attend all the lectures and pay attention to the teacher. I personally study by reading the textbook, but I'm sure everyone has their own ideal way of studying.
