    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would definitely recommend this course to nursing students or any student. This course teaches you about how to stay healthy, which is very important for college students.

    Course highlights:

    I learned many things that I needed to do to stay healthy. I learned about diseases that I was susceptible to and how to prevent them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study, study, study. Attend all the lectures and pay attention to the teacher. I personally study by reading the textbook, but I'm sure everyone has their own ideal way of studying.

    Course Overview:

    We complete a lot of homework and we learn about our health and fitness. All the information is very important to those who want to stay healthy

    Course highlights:

    I learned that an energy drink is equivalent to 6 Krispy Kreme donuts in sugar and that too many vitamins is very bad.

    Have enough time to study and always be on top of the homework and quizzes online.

    Even those who aren't in the Nutrition or health field should take this course. Understanding how to be healthy is critical. This class gives the the gist of healthy eating based on current research.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about all the nutrients your body needs to function and how to balance them.

    Find your passion for being healthy so that it will drive you to really take home the important content of this class.
