Pretty easy, overall.
I recommend both the professor and class. We live in a world revolved around in technology so learning a rudimentary knowledge of programming is a benefit. Also, Professor Jackson keeps the class interesting and he is helpful.
I learned how to do basic programming. I learned a little bit of a programming language, Java. I also learned Pseudocode and Flowgorithm, some basic foundations to get your programming ready.

If you need any help, talk to the professors or talk to your peer mates. If you do not have much knowledge about computers, this could becoming confusing to you. So ask questions frequently.
