Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Greta professor, knows the material, provides clear notes and study guides for tests.

    Course highlights:

Learned a lot about social justice, social policies, and the history behind all of that.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend class and participate, that's a huge part of your grade. Keep up with the readings too, it's not a lot to read but the subject matter is dense.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

For me, these lectures were fascinating. I found that I held many opinions about social policies that were quite a bit off. As a Social Work major, I think everyone who pays for and votes in elections should have this information.

    Course highlights:

This course looks at the history of social welfare policy in the US. So, there are numerous parts to it, but I learned that the issue of dependency is extremely layered and complicated.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Get started on assignments early and take good notes. Strafford does not give study guides.
